Dustin Canalin × Kasra Rugs

Dustin O. Canalin is a multidisciplinary artist and designer whose work brings together art, sport, and culture. Drawing on more than 20 years in sports design, his work explores identity, nostalgia, and the objects and experiences that shape us.

“Bedroom Floor” is a 5' × 7' hand-knotted rug created in collaboration with Kasra Rugs. Inspired by Dustin's memories of growing up in the 1990s, the piece reflects the way his bedroom became a collection of the things that influenced him - from sneakers, clothing and posters to magazines, albums and video games.
