Nicholas Craven × Kasra Rugs

Montreal-based producer Nicholas Craven is known for his sample-driven production and work with artists including Boldy James, Roc Marciano, Billy Woods, and Mach-Hommy. His 2022 collaborative project with Boldy James, Fair Exchange No Robbery, became one of his most recognized projects.

For this collaboration, we created a hand-knotted rug in New Zealand wool based on the cover of Fair Exchange No Robbery. The design translates the album cover into a rug, bringing the original artwork into a different medium.
